We ship all over the world! All products are shipped from the Netherlands.

The shipping fees to all other countries vary based on the specified destination as well as the size(s) of the shipped parcel(s). These fees will be communicated to the consumer upon request.

How long does delivery take?

Please check below for an indication of how long shipping might take!**

  • Netherlands – 1-3 business days
  • Europe – 3-7 business days
  • Outside Europe – 10-20 business days

** Due to the corona virus and the pressure at courier firms, shipping may have been delayed 1 or 2 days. This is completely beyond our control and we hope for your understanding regarding this matter.

Please note that these shipping times are excluding the processing time. For the total delivery time, please consider both the time it takes to get your order ready and the shipping time relevant to your country.

To prevent any inconvenience, please enter the correct shipping address. In case of any change in information regarding shipping and delivery, please notify us as soon as possible at info@chericherry.nl. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to resend your package.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing on the following working day, pending availability and credit verification, and will be shipped within two working days. Orders received on weekends or National Holidays will begin processing on the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight shipping at this time.

Custom & Import Fees

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges.

If you refuse a shipment from Chéri Cherry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Chéri Cherry. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
