Here are the answers to frequently asked questions on the quest of creating magical spaces and creating fairy tales with Chéri Cherry.
Return Policy
We offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, unused, and unwashed within 14 days after you’ve received your product.***
*** Please note that returns of any items on discount are not accepted, hence the regular right of withdrawal is not applicable to their sale.
A product can be returned if it is/has:
- in original state and undamaged.
- unwashed, unused and unworn.
- been sent to our return address within 14 days after receipt of your product.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is with us. Goods are returned to Chéri Cherry at your own expense. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it insured. Always retain proof of postage.
If the above criteria are not met, we have the rights to reject your exchange.
Please fill in our return and exchange form to begin the return process.
Exchange for Another Size
If you would like to exchange your product for another size, you have to return your product first (see return policy for conditions). Once we received your item in good condition, we will refund your total amount as quickly as possible to the account used to purchase the order. Once everything is done you have to place a new order on the website with your new size.
Please fill in the form within 14 days of delivery and we would be happy to start the exchange. However, shipment costs are at the expense of the buyer.
How long does delivery take?
If you have received a damaged of faulty product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product. Otherwise, we are unable to assist you.
